What you're signing up for
When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout you are enrolling in continuous shipments of the products you selected, delivered every four weeks (28 days) from the date of your first order. You also save 10% on every recurring delivery for as long as the subscription stays active. We may update the discount, frequency options or eligible products from time to time; any change applies only to future deliveries.
How payment works
By placing a subscription order you authorise Supernosh, through our payment partner Razorpay, to debit the same UPI handle, debit/credit card or net-banking account you used for your first order on each subsequent delivery date. This authorisation is set up via an RBI-compliant eMandate or UPI AutoPay at the time of your first checkout — you will be asked to enter your UPI PIN or card OTP once, and no action is needed for future renewals.
Pre-debit notice (RBI rule)
As required by the Reserve Bank of India, you will receive a pre-debit notification by email at least 24 hours before each renewal charge. The notice will include the upcoming amount, the delivery date, and a one-click link to skip, modify or cancel the order. If we don't hear from you, the charge proceeds automatically.
Pricing
Each renewal is charged at the product's current price plus applicable shipping (₹80 flat) and taxes on the day the order is processed. Prices may change with notice; you'll always see the upcoming amount in the pre-debit email before being charged.
Editing your subscription
You can change quantity, swap formula, update your shipping address or pause a delivery from your account page anytime. Any changes made before 11:59 PM IST the day prior to your scheduled order date will apply to that delivery; later changes apply to the one after.
Cancel anytime — no questions asked
You can cancel a subscription with one click from your account page. Cancellation revokes the AutoPay/eMandate immediately so you will not be charged again, and stops all future shipments. Cancellations made before 11:59 PM IST the day prior to a scheduled order date stop that order; later cancellations stop the next one. There is no cancellation fee, no minimum commitment, and no penalty.
If a renewal payment fails
If your bank declines a renewal charge, Razorpay will retry up to three times over three days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and we'll email you to update your payment method. No shipment will be sent on a failed payment, and you will not be charged late fees.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the subscription after the change date constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree, simply cancel from your account before the change date.
