What we collect
We collect information you give us when you place an order or sign in: name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the details of your dog (name, breed, age) when you choose to share them. When you pay, your card or UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay — Supernosh never sees or stores them.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfil your order, send delivery updates, and personalise your account. We do not sell your data. Marketing emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember the items in your cart. We use no third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@supernosh.in and we will respond within 14 days.
