Our promise
If your dog doesn't enjoy a Supernosh meal, we will refund or replace your first opened bag — no questions asked. We call this our First-Bag Promise.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong items, write to hello@supernosh.in within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Unopened bags
Unopened, undamaged bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the product value to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
How to start a return
Email hello@supernosh.in with your order ID and the reason for the return. Our team will arrange a reverse pick-up and walk you through the rest.
Refund timelines
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt. Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 3–7 days to reflect in your account.
