Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong items, write to hello@supernosh.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product, along with your order ID. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days of confirmation. Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 3–7 days to reflect in your account.
