How does Subscribe & Save work?
You set up a plan for your dog, choose how often it arrives, and we deliver it on that schedule. Each delivery is charged automatically on its delivery date.
How do you work out how much food my dog needs?
We use the same feeding guideline as our calculator, based on weight, life stage and activity. It’s a starting point: adjust portions to keep your dog at a healthy body condition.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel any time from your account. There’s no minimum commitment.
Can I change my box size or delivery frequency?
Yes. Update the pack size, quantity or schedule from your account whenever your dog’s needs change.
When will I be charged?
Your first box is charged at checkout. After that, you’re charged automatically on each delivery date.
Do I keep the launch price?
Yes. Subscribers keep the price they signed up at.
How should I switch my dog to Supernosh?
Transition over 7–10 days: start with about a quarter Supernosh mixed with their current food, and increase gradually. Always keep fresh water available.
