What we collect
We collect information you give us when you place an order or sign in: name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the details of your dog (name, breed, age) when you choose to share them. When you pay, your card or UPI details are handled directly by our payment partner — Supernosh never sees or stores them.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfil your order, send delivery updates, and personalise your account. We do not sell your data. Marketing emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember the items in your cart. We use no third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@supernosh.in and we will respond within 14 days.

By accessing supernosh.in you agree to use it only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service or misuse the content.
Accounts & subscriptions
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Subscriptions auto-renew every four weeks until you pause or cancel them from your account page. You may cancel any subscription at any time.
Pricing & availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and decline orders where stock is unavailable.
Health disclaimer
Supernosh meals are formulated to AAFCO nutrient targets but are not a substitute for veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian before changing your dog's diet, especially for puppies, seniors, or dogs with medical conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of the website or our products is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping will be announced separately on this page.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time
Metro cities: 2–3 working days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns: 3–6 working days. Remote pin codes may take up to 8 working days.
Shipping fee
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery pincode — you'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹3,500.
Subscriptions
Subscription deliveries ship every four weeks from the date of your first order. You can pause, skip or cancel a subscription at any time from your account page.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track an order from any device on the Track Order page.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong items, write to hello@supernosh.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product, along with your order ID. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days of confirmation. Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 3–7 days to reflect in your account.
What you're signing up for
When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout you are enrolling in continuous shipments of the products you selected, delivered every four weeks (28 days) from the date of your first order. We may update the frequency options or eligible products from time to time; any change applies only to future deliveries.
How payment works
By placing a subscription order you authorise Supernosh, through our payment partner, to charge the payment method you used for your first order on each subsequent delivery date, set up via an RBI-compliant eMandate or UPI AutoPay at your first checkout.
Pre-debit notice (RBI rule)
As required by the Reserve Bank of India, you will receive a pre-debit notification by email at least 24 hours before each renewal charge. The notice will include the upcoming amount, the delivery date, and a link to skip, modify or cancel the order. If we don't hear from you, the charge proceeds automatically.
Pricing
Each renewal is charged at the product's current price plus applicable shipping (calculated by weight and pincode; free on orders above ₹3,500) and taxes on the day the order is processed. You'll always see the upcoming amount in the pre-debit email before being charged.
Editing your subscription
You can change quantity, swap formula, update your shipping address or pause a delivery from your account page anytime. Any changes made before 11:59 PM IST the day prior to your scheduled order date will apply to that delivery; later changes apply to the one after.
Cancel anytime — no questions asked
You can cancel a subscription with one click from your account page. Cancellation revokes the AutoPay/eMandate immediately so you will not be charged again, and stops all future shipments. There is no cancellation fee, no minimum commitment, and no penalty.
If a renewal payment fails
If your bank declines a renewal charge, we will retry up to three times over three days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and we'll email you to update your payment method. No shipment will be sent on a failed payment, and you will not be charged late fees.
Returns on subscription deliveries
Subscription deliveries are covered by the same policy as one-time orders — refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. If you don't agree, simply cancel from your account before the change date.
